1. ROLE & REBONSIBILITIES
- Organization & Manage training/ coaching operations
Plan & follow training/ coaching execution as assigned
Training preparation: venue, engagement, check-in/out, classroom, materials, training tools,…
Training report: photos, attendance, course evaluation,… to manager & customers
Follow up after training: provide additional instruction, Q&A, coaching,… via zalo, whataspp,…
- Training & coaching delivery
Conduct the training content according to assigned plan
Manage training activities, trainees within class
Coaching for capability enhancement (online & on field as planned)
- Develop training program
Training needs analysis
Propose training program
Build, revise, translate training materials
Field visiting
- Others job
Make periodic reports as required of customer/manager
Other jobs arising from manager & project’s requirement
2. REQUIREMENTS ON STANDARD WORK, CAPACITY
- Knowledge
Education: College or Upper level
Expertise: Sale in FMCG, Human Resource Management; Training Management
Computer: Office tool (Word, Excel, PPT,…)
Language: Intermediate (English)
- Experience: At least 2-year of experience in training
